Weird things to do with shoes , review- (Carhartt, Insoles with Insite® Technology, CMI9000)
Every now and then you need comfort in shoes, and being like me, I was feeling something in my shoes and the insoles were wearing out and a somewhat new pair of shoes. I do not tend to wear sneakers, due to no ankle support. I wear waterproof hikers year around just about because most time hikers support the arch and makes it easier to walk, as I do have disabilities.
But for the insole to self destruct in only less than 8 months of owning a shoe is pretty bad even though that The Solomon X ULTRA PIONEER MID is a Fantastic shoe. So looking around amazon I saw many insoles, most looking like pure foam and on stuff that is foam I need to use care in selecting a insert, because too much foam like sketchers is an easy path for me to fall on my face.
Given that Solomon does one bad thing here, They do not sell replacement Insoles for their shoes and that should be considered sin. Because a high end hiker that does not support their own brand force the user down the planned obsolescence route is ridiculous.
So I went with Carhartt Men’s Insite Footbed CMI9000 Insole, I figured the look the part. It took a day or two to get them and you know what.. they fucking fit. what surprised me is the amount of arch support. I know these are likely for carhartt boots but, I am willing to science it up for science.
So give or take this Franken-shoe or Dr Solomon and Mr Carthartt hide.. Test will be interesting.. Usually shoe companies do not play nice with each other. so given the fact that these solomon shoes that cost over 179$ and having a insole that died in months. Im willing to give the Carhartt insoles and chance and see what happens. who knows in a week I could be bitching my foot hurts. But you know what , if it works lets see..

You know… We all need to drop the anger.
I was looking at videos today and I realize that we(the US) have so badly bifurcated our culture. We are all angry, We all want to yell fuck off to each other. It takes so much energy to be constantly angry. We need to fucking stop already. Work through our differences, This is not a red vs blue thing, Its humanity and we as a culture can not survive if we keep this.
The news tells us to be angry, social media tells us to be outraged, but, its is missing one thing… How to fix it! Realistically watching the news you do not see any caring articles anymore. Social media is brainrot to blind us from the real issues.
Look at this . its 11 months ago! everyone getting together and dropping their differences in a flash mob forgetting for one moment in time to join in and be “one” rather than trying to judge a person of why to hate them.
This alone should tell you as a culture we have become so divided that we forget compassion, we forget empathy and try to divide each other for no reason what so ever other than spread hate.
The psychological stress today in the US is so high we are stuck to our screens going what next, another group waits to find out what to hate next. This is not a red vs blue issue, this not Female vs male vs trans issue, this is a human issue. When we are told to hate trans, The next excerpts an entire portion of people born out of the norms of gender. Look up XXY, XYY, XXX, and XO chromosomes, The thing is there are more of those people who do not fall into the binary gender than Trans folks themselves.
We need to get back to the point of basic human appreciation. Honestly, these folks who are thrown into the system without a choice and have an angry mob ruining every aspect of their lives and they did not make a choice to do anything. They are thrown to the wolves and more over it should not happen.
To come away from our ideological differences and work towards the human condition. If you want to dress and drag and do the hula , that’s up to you. In 1994 no one batted an eye over one line in the Lion King, Now there is a profound moral crisis that can be solved in one word.. “hi” rather than judge someone before you even talk to them. If someone falls pick them up, you cant just leave someone falling than record them for a tiktok video because you think its funny. If they laugh while you recorded that, give them a hand and ask if you can use it , in that one moment you created a connection if they say no then delete it while showing them. You have created a profound moment of human connection.
We as the citizens offload cognitivally offload our empathy to the news and parse it to the daily norm and break our connection to humanity. The flash mobs in paris should be a lesson to the human condition. For one moment in the lives of someone in paris stops and sees this happen, they forget for one moment all of their anger and join in for a singular profound moment of togetherness. We have handed over our critical thinking and emotional intelligence to corporate news anchors and tech algorithms, and we are paying for it with our sanity. This needs to stop and we should take care of our emotional ecosystems, Saying good morning to your neighbor might change their day , there needs to be change. Emotion sociological change.
We’re standing at the edge of absolute cultural exhaustion, We need to have grace and compassion even to the ones you disagree with.. In the end we are all human and we have a machine telling us what to hate.
But in the end. If you see a person who is having a bad day , ask are you ok, they might be weirded out but its a single moment of connection that we all need. we need to stop treating people like props for a TikTok video, you step in to manually pull up someone who takes a fall, a loss or profound injury Physical or mental , and you ask a person having a rough day if they’re doing alright. That changes the whole trajectory of the universe for you and that person. so like Nike, Just do it!

Judge Beats Off Prosecutor in Gamble inflatable member case against local pd.
Fairhope Municipal Judge Haymes Snedeker acquitted Renea Gamble Wednesday of all remaining misdemeanor charges stemming from her decision to wear a inflatable 7-foot penis costume at an anti-Trump “No Kings” protest in October 2025.
From the website Courthouse News Service a Big dick was acquitted from doing hard time. Renea Gamble Faced a judge and was threatened with hard time when the judge dropped 7 changes of Ms Gamble of being a dick.
Gamble walked out of the courtroom after three hours of testimony cleared of any wrongdoing, but her attorney said her arrest was traumatizing and she may consider legal recourse.
She is not dicking around here, but in the future if you are treated like a hard and stroked violently, She should act and get legal recourse. Gamble, a retired sign language interpreter who is used to hard things and giving tactile messages with her hands.
Body camera footage that went viral showed Fairhope police zeroing in on Gamble’s inflated member. The arresting officer, The officer who complained that the erect person was causing a scene in a family friendly town. When Gamble refused to tuck away her member, things got physical: officers took the 62-year-old huge member to the ground and cuffed her, struggling comically to detumescence her and stuff the oversized erection into a squad car.

In the end Municipal Judge Haymes Snedeker wasn’t convinced of making the gamble of giving hard time to Ms Gamble..

Holy Shit it’s only Tuesday!: A bit on things about things 1.
I know I have not posted too much over the year but I keep saying the same thing, I’ll fucking post at one point. Over the past year I have picked up another hobby- Interest. Archery.
You may think what the fuck. in all the interest in the world you come up with that! Well… yes … Yes I have .. Because if your are going to do something you might as well have fun doing it, In the past year I have had more issues with loosing the ability of moving my arms to a degree. It’s annoying, It makes me want to be like an old G I Joe. if the arm is fucked… add another. But , Anyways, I was in therapy at the time and I knew someone that took up archery , Their movements was exactly replicated what I was doing in therapy, And I thought to myself, Hey….. I can do this and destroy things……?
Well now… Fuck me I am in! Mind you it has not been the easiest road and Its been a journey into myself that made me realize how much I have lost. That day I went to a sporting goods store and tried my hand at shopping for a bow. At the very moment you enter a sporting goods store that’s bigger than your average Cumberland farms You will realize three things if you purchase something from a big box store.
- As much as the employees give you recommendations… They don’t know shit about things.
- The first purchase you make at a big box store in order to acclimate yourself to a new hobby will be a waste.
- What ever money you put out you will realize you should of gone to “X store” to begin with.
In those three things you will reflect and end up realizing every mistake you could possibly make is in the first 20 minutes of buying your first bow with no help. After you buy your first bow you will have delusions of grandeur, The first time you hit the center of the target you think your motherfucking Rambo, and can take out the army
But in Archery there is something that will snap you back into reality faster than an exploding tank. The first time you do it , its an awe inspiring shot of reality of how well you really know archery.
The first time you do that , You will reflect for a moment of how exactly you fucked up and attempt to never do that again and not two seconds later you will end up doing the same thing like a sadist on the weekend at a convention.
In almost a year , I have got some strength in my arms.
Its a good feeling to be able not to feel like you’re falling apart or even able to pick up things. Even with the advent of this I have my problems, fine coordination is out the window . but in the very least I can do a bit more . I figure this is a good starting point for now… but for now this is it and I will add more later.

Flatulence from 90 cows in a German barn sparked a methane gas explosion that damaged the building and left one cow slightly injured with burns, police said Tuesday.
“In the barn for 90 dairy cows, methane built up for unknown reasons and was probably ignited by a static discharge, exploding in a darting flame,” said local police in the central town of Rasdorf in Hesse state.
“Parts of the roof cover were slightly damaged and a cow suffered minor burns,” said police, adding that a fire crew rushed to the scene of Monday’s accident and a gas field crew later measured methane levels.
Aside from the taco joke, That has to be sight to be seen. cow farts gone critical.

Nice out of sight out of mind maneuver, they have been dumping dispersants on the surface to make the oil sink… the thing is the oil is still there. The Gulf of mexico is not a rug.

If you haven’t or have seen the news there’s currently a huge ass oil spill in the gulf of Mexico currently. The Deepwater horizon exploded on April 22nd
Deepwater Horizon was an ultra-deepwater, dynamically positioned, semi-submersible offshore drilling rig which sank on April 22, 2010, causing the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The spill was the result of an explosion two days earlier where eleven crewmen died. Deepwater Horizon was built in 2001 in South Korea, is owned by Transocean and was leased to BP plc until September 2013
Of this spill I’ve noticed that the news is trying to keep the down low on this. Wither Its by BP’s request or the news just doesn’t want to cover it, Its Horrifying. Looking at CNN.com the Oil spill is mentioned but not even in the main topic area. In the topics that are meant to catch your attention “Miss USA brushes aside controversy”. Who the fuck cares if she danced on a pole. if you google it you can find home poledancing kits. also the who muslim bit, who cares. Call me when the pope wins the Miss USA.
But to Actually find information on the oil spill its not on the landing page for CNN, If you goto CNn.com you get the US edition if your in the US than you have to click US edition AGAIN to get anything on the oil spill.
BP should be sued into nonexistence until they clean up this spill, Just to give you an idea of size of this spill, the state of Rhode Island is 1,545sq miles. the spill for the gulf right now is at 2,500 to 9,100 sq mi, yes You can fit the entire state of Rhode Island into this spill. Whats pissing me off is the whole lack of information and BP publicly blocking people from seeing the damage that’s occurring

thats just fucking beyond dumb. OK, we have no clue how much oil is being spilled, so heres some paper towels and good luck. How can the flow rate not be important. knowing the flow rate would tell you if your efforts are even working rather than taking a random shot at it.
There’s just so many different aspects of this spill that are lining this up to be the worst disaster with oil in the US. One of the immediate thoughts i had when this occured is what would happen if this spill catches up in the thermohaline circulation. It is sometimes called the ocean conveyor belt, the great ocean conveyor, or the global conveyor belt.
